How do I launder my Conni products?

Conni Bed Pads, Chair Pads, Undergarments and Liners can all be washed and tumble dried in temperatures up to 80°C. Simply place any product listed above into your washing machine with similar products and a good quality detergent. All of our products will also benefit from air/line drying in the sun if that option is available.

I’ve noticed discoloration on my Conni Bed Pad/Undergarment, can I use bleach?

Please do not use chlorine based bleach or fabric softeners on any of your Conni products. These chemicals will coat and fill the hi-tech fibres and make your Conni product lose function. We find oxygen based bleach (such as Napisan), or vinegar works great for freshening up the Conni range.

How long will my Conni product last?

There are many variables depending on usage so it is hard to say exactly how long your Conni product will last. In general, Conni Bed and Chair Pads should last up to 350 washes if washed in a domestic washing machine and ensuring the care instructions are followed. Undergarments typically last as long as a normal pair (6 months to a year), which is dependent on the wash and care of the garments.

Do I need to use extra protection with my Conni undergarment?

No, all Conni Undergarments they are waterproof and absorbent on their own, however, the adult liners are a great option for those who need a little extra protection during the day or night to stay dry.

How much will my Conni undergarment hold?

The Conni Undergarment range is designed for those with Light Bladder Leakage (LBL). This is often called stress incontinence and this can happen when you laugh, cough, sneeze or exercise. It is not suitable either for a full or even part bladder leaks should it happens all at once. The undergarment can hold almost a cup, but it has to be OVER an estimated 4 hours timeframe; not all at once. As everyone is different and many will have different interpretations of what LBL is, please speak with your healthcare professional to discuss if this kind of underwear is right for you.

The Conni undergarments are so thin, what are they made from?

Because of the technology we use, we are able to make our undergarments very slim and lightweight. They are made to look and feel like regular underwear. The outer layer is a cotton and elastane. There is a soft microfibre liner, an absorbent polyester interior and a supple polyurethane laminate waterproof layer which is not only breathable but will remain cool and comfortable.

Is the absorbency only in the crotch of the Conni undergarment?

All Conni undergarments, apart from the Ladies Active, have an absorbent and waterproof lining from the front of the waist, all the way up to the back.

Are Conni products reusable?

All Conni products are reusable. This makes all of our products cost effective and environmentally friendly.

Ms Pearleen (Sengkang)

Bought Conni ladies pants for my mother as she was having diaper rash. The product solves the problem as the material is soft and breathable. It also provide protection for light incontinence. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to provide better care for their loved ones.

Cik Radiah Salim (Yishun)

My sister has been using De Pure's Conni Ladies Classic for the past fortnight and she loves it. Indeed, it is very affordable, comfortable and much more dignified compared to the usual incontinence underwear (aka diapers). I  recommend this to others for their loved ones.

Ms Eveline Shein Rue (via Facebook)

Very good material and definitely great for the elderly! My grandma got it and she really likes it. It is soft as well. Pretty good coverage. Will purchase again!
